Planning the Eventual Retirement of HGFSQLSERVER

After the internal application that requires the data on HGFSQLSERVER has been updated to use

the new server running SQL Server 2000, the original server can be retired. Again, the team will

shut down the computer that is running SQL Server for a few days first just to make sure that its

retirement causes no errors. If a problem arises, the server can be powered up and the problem

can be fixed.
